The following booking terms & conditions are applicable for all bookings by Traveline (Pty) Ltd:  

Reservation:
1.The costs associated with travel arrangements are not fixed. Until final payment is received, all prices are subject to currency fluctuations. As it is impossible to predict these movements in advance, we reserve the right to pass on any surcharges to you.  Surcharges may be imposed to cover increases such as the costs of fuel, security charges, taxes and changes due to supplier increases.
2.All airfares are subject to the prices and conditions as quoted by the particular airline and cannot be guaranteed by Traveline (Pty) Ltd. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check that there have been no changes in these prices before making final payment.
3.Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit amount to the value of the airfare and taxes of the package is payable to Traveline (Pty) Ltd within 2 working days so that tickets can be issued, the balance payment can then be made 8 weeks prior to departure. (Please Note that a deposit paid on a Booking does not secure the Rate Of Exchange, and bookings will remain subject to Currency Fluctuations until Full Payment is received).

4.Traveline (Pty) Ltd will guarantee the price of land arrangements only once full payment is received.



Cancellations:
Should you wish to cancel your booking you must advise Traveline (Pty) Ltd immediately. You will be liable for the following cancellation charges:
1.Traveline (Pty) Ltd charges a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the package price on any finalized booking. However, Traveline (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total package in particular circumstances.  
2.If booking includes a special fare, the relevant charges as levied by the relevant airline.  This may be 100% of the total fare, regardless of when cancellation is affected.  
3.If booking is a travel package, you will be responsible for all cancellation charges, as imposed by the suppliers. 

4.No shows will be treated as cancellations and the necessary cancellation fees applied.


Amendments:
Amendments to confirmed bookings will be subject to a fee for each alteration made to the booking after the initial reservation. All changes to air tickets once they have been issued will constitute an amendment. 

Refund & Unused services:
No refunds will be made for any unused services.

Delays:
Traveline (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays prior to departure or during the course of a tour due to technical difficulties, weather conditions, or any other circumstances whatsoever whether foreseen or unforeseen. It is understood that any expenses incurred due to unscheduled extensions (e.g. hotels, meals, airfares, telephone calls etc.) will be for the clients account.

Passports / Visas / Unabridged Birth Certificates:
1.It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all travel documents are valid i.e. passport and any necessary visas. 
2.Passport and visa regulations and health requirements can change at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you check passport/visa requirements with the Embassy of your destination. 
3.Traveline (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever should you, or any member of your party, travel without the correct passport or visas. Passports should be valid for 6 months after your scheduled return. 
4.All children 18 years and younger are required to Travel with a Unabridged Birth Certificate (UBC), Please ensure that if you are Travelling with children that you have their UBC’s and all relevant Documents, otherwise you will not be allowed to travel. (For more information regarding Unabridged Birth Certificates and any other relevant documents needed when travelling with Children please contact your nearest Home Affairs Department)

Insurance:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance for your travel.  Please consult your travel agent for available insurance options or ask us for details. Traveline (Pty) Ltd will not be liable if anyone should fail to take adequate insurance cover.

Responsibility:
1.Traveline (Pty) Ltd acts only as an agent for suppliers and airlines and accepts no liability for any delays, damage, loss, injury, accident, or any other irregularity.  Traveline (Pty) Ltd will make every effort to ensure that all the arrangements and services are conducted in an efficient and effective way possible. As we do not have direct control over the services provided by suppliers, we do not accept liability for errors and omissions of such suppliers.  
2.The Hotels in Mauritius are graded by the Government of Mauritius and Indian Ocean Island Holidays will not be held responsible for any discrepancies you might have in this regard.
3.Any charges made to your credit card whilst on your travel are your responsibility. Traveline (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible, nor accept responsibility for having these charges reversed or corrected upon return to South Africa.

4.Traveline (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change any Holiday or service prior to departure without any notice, in which event Traveline (Pty) Ltd will offer alternative arrangements or will refund the tour price paid.



Airline / Flight reconfirmation / Taxes:
1.Traveline (Pty) Ltd does not accept any liability for any delay, or for any schedule alterations. Flight timings are provided by airlines and there is no guarantee that flights will depart at the times stated on any itinerary or tickets, which you receive. Air carriage is subjected to terms and conditions of the carrier printed on the tickets.
2.Traveline (Pty) Ltd does not accept any liability for any delay and /or loss as a result of your failure to reconfirm any flight and/or connecting flight.
Documents:
1.All documents are prepared on receipt of full payment of the package price and a signed booking form. Documents will be ready 48 hours after payment has been received. 

2.On receipt of your documents, it is important that you verify all details.  Should there be any errors on your travel documents, or any further queries, you should contact your travel agent or Traveline (Pty) Ltd immediately.  Traveline (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any delay or loss occasioned as a result of any errors on any travel documents once you are in receipt thereof.


Hotels & Renovations:
1.Please note that hotels undergo renovations from time to time and take all possible steps to limit disruption to their guests. We will not entertain complaints or requests for refunds if a hotel is carrying out renovations whilst a guest is resident. If we have been made aware of such renovation work, we shall inform you, but it is important to remember that these are subject to change and we are not always notified.  

2.We are agents for the suppliers of the component parts of the holiday we organize, and as such, bookings for their services will form a direct contract between you and the relevant supplier, and will be subject to that supplier's standard terms and conditions.


Special request:
Special requests that you may have at the time of booking will be passed on to the relevant supplier. The acceptance of such requests is at the discretion of the suppliers and in no circumstances will such special requests be guaranteed by Traveline (Pty) Ltd.  

Not included in price:
Prices quoted does not include the costs of obtaining passports, visas, telephone calls, beverages, meals not mentioned ,entertainment, laundry services, Travel Insurance or any other item of a Personal Nature unless specified in the itinerary.
